Since its half-life is very short --- about 48 yr ---, it has been regarded as a good indicator of young supernova remnants (SNR). In 1994, 44Ti gamma-ray emission line (1.157 MeV) was actually detected from Cas A using COMPTEL. From not only Cas A but also another region, 77Ti emission has been detected. We propose the ASCA pointing observation of the region in search for the youngest unidentified Galactic SNR. This observation aimes to establish the method of the very young SNR search and to make clear its physics. We think this is the good case of the international collaboration using COMPTEL, ROSAT, Einstein, Ginga and ASCA data. At the same time, we place it as the pilot observation of ASTRO-E.
