The dominant energy source of ULIRGs has been discussed by many authers, but enormous dust and molecular gas prevent to obtain the true nature of central engine of ULIRGs. On the contrary, recent ASCA observations reveal that "Hidden AGN" is certainly existence in some ULIRGs showed no(or little) evidence of AGN in other wavelength region. Thus the Hard X-ray observation by ASCA is most useful(or only) mean to reserch the central region of ULIRGs. Our target appear to be different phase within the evolutionary scenario of ULIRGs proposed by Sanders et al.(1988), compare with already observed ULIRGs by ASCA. So, this observation will also verify the scenario.
