The core dominance indicates an alignment of the jet of AGN and our line of sight. Thus comparison of spectra and time variability between these objects provides a good chance to investigate the distribution of matter around quasars and X-ray beaming. A correlation between photon-index and core dominance is suggested with the Einstein in the limited energy band. The establishment requires ASCA observations to estimate the contribution from the absorption and soft thermal component etc. Moreover ASCA can resolve difficlulties in the study of beaming by using the Fe-K line.
