The spectral characteristics appear consistent with a dominant synchrotron nebula in the central regions accompanied by a thermal perimeter which extends to the radio shell. We propose an ASCA observation consisting of two pointings, one centered on the bright central region and the other along the bright radio shell. The observations will confirm or refute the interpretation of a central plerion, provide a determination of the thermal characteristics of the blast wave region, and allow a comparison of the central engine energetics with the dynamical properties of the blast wave to provide a broad picture of the SNR development.
