How to present your paper
Revised on July 7
Oral Presentation
- Overhead projector (OHP) and PC projector (SANYO LP-EF31, 1280x1024
or 1024x768 resolution) are available.
- You can use your own notebook computer. In this case, you have to test
the connection with the projector prior to your presentation. Note that
the time for connection is included your presentation time.
- Windows PC and Macintosh with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Acrobat are
also available. USB memory or CD-ROM can be used as media. In this
case, we strongly recommend to use simple ASCII characters for file
names and contents. Otherwise, some characters may turn into garbage
in our OS environment.
- Time assigned to each presentation includes that for discussion.

- One minute talk is assigned to all contributors to summarize
your topics. Prepare one OHP sheet to
introduce your poster.
Poster Session
The poster contributions are divided into three groups. There is a
core time for about 90 minutes in the afternoon on August 1, 2, and

to discuss with audiences in front of your poster. On that day,
posters are displayed in the main hall. After the core session
session, they are moved by the LOC to a corridor, for further
discussion.
- Poster Session I (C,G,H):
Display your poster after July 31 17:00 and before the session
begins (Aug 1 16:55). Organizer moves all the posters to corridor
at Aug 1 night (after 19:30). Take off your poster by Aug 2 17:20.
(Since conference banquet is planned, organizers move
them to the publication room. Pick up yours later.)
